Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

The Common Law Admission Test (the “CLAT”) is the annual slugfest between the top aspirants for the elite National Law Universities (the “NLUs”). Currently, the examination is conducted for direct admissions to 19 NLUs, with only National Law University, Delhi conducting a separate examination of its own i.e. the AILET. For the highly sought after under graduate programs like the BALLB at the NLUs the CLAT scores are directly considered by the following NLUs. CLAT 2342 seats in under graduate law programmes in National Law Universities (NLUs).

National Law University (AILET- All India Legal Entrance Test)

All India Law Entrance Test commonly known as AILET is conducted every year by National Law University Delhi (NLU-D) for admissions to as many as 81 seats in five-year integrated law programme B.A. LLB. The law entrance test of NLU Delhi is conducted in offline mode. NLU Delhi is the only National Law University which conducts its own entrance test.

Symbiosis Law School, Pune established in June 1977, was affiliated in the beginning to University of Pune. But since 2002, it became the constituent college of the Symbiosis International University. Army Law School Mohali (AIL-Mohali)

Army Institute of Law (AIL) was established in July 1999 under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). Admission at ALS, Mohali is done on the basis of and Entrance Test conducted on an all India basis usually during the month of May. The total number of seats is 80.

Christ University Law Entrance Test

Christ University Law Entrance Test is an all India entrance exam directed by the School of Law, Christ University for admission to BA. LLB (Honours) courses of study. This paper-pen based entrance test aims to check the vocabulary, general knowledge, quantitative aptitude and reasoning of aspirants preparing for law admission in Christ University. Conducted well before the start of the academic year, i.e. in the last week of April, this exam is important for candidates who wish to be considered for Christ University Law Admission.
